They do tend to be more expensive than bleaching toothpaste however.
Another option that is probably the most widely available and perhaps the best bang for the buck are bleaching strips. Bleaching strips take teeth bleaching technology and puts it on an easy to use whitening strip. The user simply attaches the bleaching strip to the teeth, wears it for the recommended time frame and then discards the strip when done. This is typically repeated for several days until the person sees results that they are satisfied with.
Professional Teeth Bleaching
Probably the most effective and most expensive teeth bleaching option is to go to a dental spa or a dental office and have teeth bleaching done by a dental professional. This is generally done by applying a peroxide gel that contains between 15%-50% peroxide. This gel is then activated by a blue wave light that stimulates the gel so that it can penetrate the teeth and bleach stained areas. Depending of the concentration of the gel, the process is usually pain free and the teeth bleaching results can last for years to come.
